Rural Health Clinic

The Rural Health Clinic is open five days a week during the Health Center’s regular business hours and provides primary health care for children from birth through 18 years of age in addition to well-woman's care.

Medicaid and Medicare are accepted. If you do not have Medicaid or Medicare, fees will apply to your visits.  Some private insurance is accepted, please call for more information.  You will need to bring your Medicaid, Medicare, or insurance card with you, as well as social security number, and record of immunizations. For pediatric primary care, the parent or guardian must sign all consent forms and should accompany children on all visits.

Pediatric Primary Care:

The Health Center's pediatric primary care includes well checks, sick care, childhood immunizations, sports physicals, asthma care and more by appointment. Minor illnesses can be seen at the Clinic, but NO emergency care is given (i.e. broken bones, stitches, etc.).

Well-Women's Care:

Our Well-Women's Care consists of an annual visit with pelvic exam, cancer screenings, testing for sexually transmitted infections and discussions about birth control, vaccinations, menstrual cycle concerns, and preconception counseling.
